Banner Rating “Scales and Sword” (One Day Police)

Manager-san, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in the cafe! Gosh, this banner has some pretty nice art, especially that bunny suit Juno in the background of Shirou’s card. Unfortunately, the banner is pretty much a “Waifu” Banner. Almost all units have existing cards that are better than them, so its a good chance to save your Earth Coins.

tl;dr:

One Day Police Cornelia: C (needs unreleased BiS shotgun to be viable)
One Day Police Nie Shirou: C (niche, requires immobilize situations)
One Day Police Yuki: C (niche, decent numbers, but bday susu is better)
One Day Police Lida: B (Not quite Casual Wuyou)

C: One Day Police Cornelia (Erosive – Firepower – Shotgun)

Active Skill (24s cd): “08 Leader” – aoe 1140% / 1270% / 1400% / 1660%dmg with mob gathering

mob gathering ability, but 24s cd is long, and range isn’t that great.

Other mob gatherers are typically at 15s cd. Girls Star Eksi does 1727%dmg when maxed

Passive 1: Each mob gathered by active skill stacks self aspd by 5.3% / 5.9% / 6.5% / 7.6% per stack, up to 5 stacks, lasts 10 seconds

38% aspd increase is nice, but the passive feels pretty useless for aoe until we get a new shotgun that has bullet penetration:

Passive 2: Increase damage against regular mobs by 15.6% / 17.3% / 19% / 22.4%

If passive 1 didn’t make things tough for Nellie, passive 2 nails in the coffin and makes her only useful for dd effi-anni

22.4% is decent, but regular mobs usually just die quickly anyway.

Honestly, not a great aoe erosive unit, especially when she’s dependent on a weapon that’s not released yet in global. The long 24s cd makes it even harder to find places where she’s useful, compared 15s cd mob gathering of similar units, or the 15s cd for raw aoe dps units like Girls Star Eksistere and Innocent Days Juno.

Maybe my assessment of her will change when the shotgun she’s dependent on is released, but until then, she’s at best a C if not in Waifu Tier.

Increases user’s auto attacks crit chance by 25% / 30% / 35% / 40%

C: One Day Police Nie Shirou (Erosive – Support – Sniper)

Active Skill (24/21/18/15s cd): “It’s the Police!” – aoe immobilize for 5s, skill up reduces cd

… uh sure

Freeze! GCGPD(?) lol.. technically it’s Immobilize…

Passive 1: On any teammate causing immobilize, increase Firepower teammates damage by 21.6% / 24% / 26.3% / 31.1%, lasts 10s, with 10s proc cooldown

31.1% is good, but only firepower?

Passive 2: Team does extra damage vs mobs that are immobilized 10.5% / 11.7% / 15.1% dmg. If Shirou is used as a support card for a firepower unit, increase the damage done by the firepower unit by 3% / 4.5%.

Combined with passive 1’s +team dmg increase, +target damage can be nice, but you’re still limited by the debuff landing and the mobs you can use them against.

tl;dr, despite the 3%/4.5% dmg increase, her support card only providing 359 atk makes this not that worth while, especially when you have other sources of damage increase.

Can I just get that smug Bunny Suit Juno in the back please? In terms of supporting power, seems decent if you’re able to find situations where you can immobilize mobs. However, I rather use units like Oath Lida or SS Irene, which are both easier to max awaken, and have more situations where they can be used. Now, if it was Bunny Juno telling me to not move, I wouldn’t complain. C tier she goes.

C: One Day Police Yuki (Erosive – Medic – Pistol)

Active Skill (15s cd): “Peaceful Princess” – recover 2.8% / 3.1% / 3.4% / 4% max Shield value per second, over 5s

Recovers 20% shield over 5s, simple and clean.

bday su xiaozhen recovers 16% at base awakening

Passive 1: On team receiving shield piercing damage (hits hp directly), recover 3.2% / 3.5% / 3.9% / 4.6 of their HP, 10s proc cd

Nice I guess? I don’t think this includes passive proc damage debuffs from merc wager.

bday susu recovers 5.5% HP over 5s, single target, but no proc cd, at base awakening

Passive 2: Reduce team’s damage taken from shield piercing damage by 10% / 20% / 35% / 50% 

At this point I’m guessing she’s for a version of dd survival we don’t have access to yet.

I’m not quite sure when you’ll use One Day police Yuki, when Bday susu pretty much does her job, and does it better without any awakenings. Passive 1 activation to heal HP makes her unusable in merc.wager. Maybe another unit we can revisit when datadrill gets updated. C: tier for now, but dang her bright smile is just so cyooooooote.

B: One Day Police Lida (Erosive – Assault – Assault Rifle)

Active Skill (30s cd): “Strike Warning” – Auto attack does additional 21.4%dmg and 91 / 101 / 111 / 131 stagger dmg for 8s

A good contrast to Casual Wuyou, both having 30s cd, but Lida does a little more dmg%, wuyou does a little more stagger dmg.

Passive 1: after 40 auto attacks, increases self stagger dmg by 18.1% / 20.1% / 22.1% / 26.2%, lasts 3s

easy-ish activation, but won’t be too useful for effi-Boss, plus it only affects herself

c.wuyou’s requires 44aa’s, but offers teamwide +16.3% stagger dmg for 2s

Passive 2: During the activation period of the active skill, if Lida causes BREAK on an enemy mob, decrease cd for the active skill by 1 / 2 / 4 / 6 seconds

Reducing skill cd is nice and all, but it really does require Lida to cause the BREAK to happen.

An objectively worse version of Casual Wuyou, as if we don’t already have her maxed already. Maybe there’s some way to min-max her BREAK capabilities by watching when she gets her stagger buff, but the simple fact that Casual Wuyou’s stagger buff affects her teammates as well makes deciding to use Lida difficult.

Maybe for those of us that are tired of all the Wuyou simps in GCGO discord, we can use odp.Lida just to spite them? Still, her numbers are good, just that Casual Wuyou exists.
