Where to farm
The most ideal place is Challenge of The Café Heist.
However, if you are unable to have a proficiency above recommendation (17250), then you should try the highest level you may conquer.
What about the Winter Holiday?
You should challenge them at least once a day, and aim to complete other missions as well. After all the missions are completed or you have obtained [New Year – Yuki], you can ignore this event.
