Alpha (Creature)

Alpha refers to the creatures that come from the Otherworld (a world distinct from Earth), who are often enemies of humans. Alphas can obtain energy from ionus by touching or swalling ionus crystals.

However, the name, alpha, is not their official name, but the one humans have given them. Alphas can be categorised into two – Lower-order Species and Higher-order Species. Lower-order species are more than animals while higher-order species are more like humans and are able to operate ionus to to various tasks as well as preform logical or critical thinking.

The 72 best of higher-order species are called Archdemons, and are the primary political participants at the Otherworld.
